Radio control of the Hymach machines
All functions of the Hymach machines can be conveniently controlled via radio remote control.
Thanks to a range of up to 150 meters, the operator can control the machine from a safe distance and thus always remains outside the danger zone. While the use of manned vehicles or manual mowing on slopes poses a significant risk of accidents due to tipping, falls, or flying objects, the remote-controlled operation of the Hymach machine enables safe and protected operation.
In addition, physical strain and noise pollution for the user are significantly reduced.
The motors of the Herbhy radio-controlled equipment carrier

Hymach offers radio-controlled machines with diesel and gasoline engines.
Herbhy is equipped with an industrial diesel engine from Perkins. The power of this compact, extremely robust and reliably durable engine is delivered under normal operating conditions without excessive strain or overheating.
The performance of the entire machine was developed and tested to ensure continuous operation with consistently high productivity, even on slopes with gradients of up to 55°.
Optimal ratio between torque and engine power for effective and efficient operation under normal operating conditions without overload. The fuel tank is made of stainless steel to maintain maximum fuel system efficiency.
Thanks to the cooling unit, the system always operates under optimal conditions. This cooling system is equipped with a robust and reliable Flexxaire fan, which has been tested under extreme environmental conditions.
Underbody protection of the Herbhy radio-controlled self-propelled vehicle

The compact underbody protection, structurally integrated into the chassis, represents a kind of "armor" in every respect, protecting the engine and systems from stone chips, debris and contaminants.
The roll bar, which is also integrated into the chassis, can also be used to lift the vehicle with even weight distribution.
In addition, the chassis is equipped at several points with a coupling device for lifting the machine and with front and rear mounting systems to allow the use of additional equipment and devices.
The headlights and indicators are equipped with high-luminosity LEDs as standard.
The tracked chassis of the Herbhy radio-controlled self-propelled vehicle

The special system that prevents the chains from skipping and the automatic hydraulic tensioning of the chains help to drastically reduce the risk of slippage and increase safety and productivity.
Depending on requirements, different types of chains are available: rubber chains with excellent grip for mixed soils, chains with steel inserts on the outside and the possibility of attaching additional cleats for extreme slopes.
Safe working on sloping terrain with Herbhy radio-controlled machines

Thanks to its radio control and the ability to work on both level ground and slopes, HERBHY is particularly suitable for use in hilly and mountainous areas, on dams, embankments and motorway junctions, in areas adjacent to railway lines, as well as for use in military zones, industrial and energy facilities, public forestry and woodland areas, alpine forests, in fires, at airports, in protected landscapes, regional and municipal areas and sports facilities.
From the environmental perspective, with the Herbhy radio-controlled multi-purpose self-propelled vehicle

The Herbhy LE series implement carrier, equipped with new Perkins engines that meet EU Stage V emissions standards, offers increased performance with reduced fuel consumption. The number of plastic components in the Herbhy has been minimized.
The body is made of steel, which is 100% recyclable and can withstand even the toughest jobs like grading and logging. In keeping with the principles of sustainability, the hydraulics are compatible with environmentally friendly and biodegradable oils and have been optimized to extend the operating time between maintenance, thus saving on consumables.
The track gauge of the Herbhy radio-controlled equipment carrier is variable.

Herbhy is equipped with an extendable undercarriage where each track can be adjusted independently to better handle different terrain. The machine with the extended undercarriage is characterized by its performance on slopes, especially on steep inclines or uneven terrain, and its maneuverability around obstacles. The increased stability is also advantageous when mounting particularly large implements.
The remote control system of the Herbhy self-driving car

The radio remote control, equipped with a graphic display, monitors all machine functions. The control system features a track speed control system with forward and reverse speed adjustment from 0-7 km/h and a warning system to report critical events on the working machine, such as when exceeding a certain incline. Standard equipment also includes a potentiometer for controlling the variable feed rate from 0 to 100%, a potentiometer for correcting the feed direction (offset) when working on slopes, and an application for automated maintenance (service assistant).
Customizations and equipment for the Herbhy radio-controlled device carrier

Thanks to the optional accessories, Herbhy is suitable for the needs of every user: multi-connection unit for hydraulic connections, frame to protect the bodywork (with integrated winch) for work in high-impact situations, system for horizontal displacement of mounted equipment and devices, winch, vision system with camera, customizable colors, planning of variants for special applications on request, connection system that not only enables data exchange for the management and remote monitoring of the machine, but is also one of the eligible goods included in the national Industry 4.0 transition plan in Italy.
